Please note that staff provide house cleaning services, breakfast, maintenance and security services. Hidden Villaand Hidden River Cottage will be cleaned every day. Sheets and towels will be changed every third day.
Staff can also can assist with making arrangements for personal laundry and travel (please see the ‘Getting around’ tab) and help organise spa/massage services, surf school, cooking classes and excursions etc.
Shopping, cooking and babysitting services can be provided for a modest fee. Please contact us for further details.
Please also note that all staff work in both Hidden Villa and the adjoining Hidden River Cottage.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We love people to come and experience our slice of paradise. We ask that guests treat Hidden Villa/Hidden River Cottage and our Balinese neighbours with the respect they would reserve for their own home and community. This includes turning off ACs, fans and lights etc when not in use and washing sand from feet and legs at the outdoor shower when returning from the beach (sand is the worst thing for the pool). We also kindly ask that guests close windows and doors when not using the rooms.
Smoking is permitted but please outside only.
We respectfully request that guests pay for any items that are damaged or broken by the guests during their stay.
Finally, please also kindly note that we do not have a back-up generator. This generally isn’t a problem as power cuts in the area are quite rare.
Guests can walk to beach and the nearest cafe/warung within two minutes. Many other attractions and places to eat and drink are also within a short stroll away. To explore the rice fields and Balinese villages of Canggu we recommend renting a scooter or two. We can help arrange this. We can also help you hire taxis or rent a car (and driver) for short trips or longer excursions.

Guests have complete, exclusive access to Hidden Villa comprising four spacious bedrooms (three king and one queen sized double beds, all with beautiful en-suite bathrooms). The rooms all face out to the tropical gardens and pool. There are homely indoor and outdoor living areas, with the latter adjoining the lovely semi-open kitchen.
HIDDEN RIVER COTTAGE
Guests have complete, exclusive access to Hidden River Cottage. There is a separate entrance and small, private courtyard.

A totally self-contained, two-level Hidden River Cottage, with its own plunge pool, garden, kitchenette, spacious living area and bathroom adjoins Hidden Villa. The cottage can be rented separately as a 1-bedroom sanctuary or together with the main villa as a beautiful five-bedroom home away from home.
Hidden Villa is great for couples and groups of friends but is also an ideal haven for active families. There are high chairs and cots in the villa as well as various board games and toys for the children. There are various inflatables for playing in the pool and a stroller can be provided. We can also put up a wooden pool fence upon request at no extra charge.
