Villa Teresa’s professional F&B team has staged some beautiful events, from long table formal dinners in the garden to intimate weddings and fabulous birthday celebrations for up to 70 guests. For more elaborate events and weddings, Villa Teresa works with some of the island’s leading planners and caterers, sound technicians and DJs to host memorable events. Service is a key element at Villa Teresa. Most of our dedicated team has been with us for years and many of our return guests know each of them by name. They are there when you need them and discreetly disappear when you don’t.
The staff includes a chef who has a large repertoire of recipes to suit most tastes including Western and Asian specialties. In addition, there are housekeeping staff, gardeners and maintenance personnel to ensure that guest requests are addressed in a timely manner. The staff can assist with local knowledge as well as organizing in-villa dining, spa treatments and cultural activities.
Villa Teresa is set up as a home away from home with staff available 24 hours a day. All shopping is charged at cost price, so eating in is a great option for many of our guests. The dining room can seat 10 people or the staff can set up a table by the pool or in the gardens for a romantic, starlit occasion.
The 3 Bedroom Villa offers two areas for spa treatments. An open massage area is located near the pool. A second massage area is located in the bale overlooking the river, a beautiful place to drift off and relax completely. A range of therapies is available performed by skilled spa therapists who will iron out the kinks to the sounds of the ocean.
The 2 Bedroom Villa also includes a riverside bale for massage.

Special dietary needs: The chef is happy to cater to any special dietary requirements and is pleased to tailor menus to your tastes. Special events and large groups: Groups up to ten can be catered for easily. For larger groups, please give the staff 24 hours notice to prepare. If you have a large group, it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. See Price Detail… Staff Villa Teresa includes 14 staff members including butlers, a professional chef, a sous-chef, wait staff, housekeeping, pool attendant, gardener and 24-hour security. There is also a villa manager who will meet and greet guests and assist during their stay. Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the 2 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 4 adults. The 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is up to 6 adults. The 5 bedroom villa maximum capacity is 10 adults. If you wish to have additional guests or functions at the villa, you should inform villa management in advance, otherwise the booking will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
– Check-in time : 14:00
– Check-out time : 12:00
– In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with an additional charge of 50% of one night rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
Terms & Booking Conditions:
– A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required to secure the booking.
– Deposit must be received by the villa within five working days after the relevant invoice has been sent, otherwise the booking will not be secured.
– Payment should be in US Dollars
– The balance of payment is required to settle the booking 30 days prior to the arrival date for Low Season booking, 45 days for High Season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
– The reservation will be confirmed when all payments have been received by the villa.
– For last minute bookings (within one week or less), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
– Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at least 61 days prior the arrival date or (91 days prior for Christmas/New Year bookings).
– In the event the reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to the arrival date or (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings periods), the deposit will be forfeited.
– Notice of cancellation must be received by villa management in writing.
– Final payment is non-refundable.
Liability:
Be aware that all villa clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur while at the villa.
Located about 40 minutes drive from the airport, Villa Teresa is situated off of Jalan Neleyan (“Fisherman Street”) on one of Bali’s best surfing beaches. The beach between Brawa and Old Man’s is a stunning stretch of coast, an easy beach walk to some of the area’s vibrant cafes and restaurants including the world famous Echo Beach.
A 20 minute drive will take guests into the heart of Seminyak and Legian for shopping, dining and nightlife, and a 20 minute drive in the other direction brings guests to the famous Tanah Lot Temple and the award-wining Bali Nirwana Golf Club.
Canggu is populated with a large expatriate population. Villa Teresa is secluded with an absolute beachfront location, beside a picturesque river, surrounded by a stone wall for absolute privacy and security.
