To make it more relaxing, the Amarta adds fish pong and water fountain in dining area. A big sofa is laid at the living area, complete with entertainment package including: LED TV and DVD player, also a ceiling fan. Right next to the living area, a kitchen with a complete kitchen set is available. It is accomplished with bar stools and ceiling fan.

I. The car and driver service restriction:

• Car and driver (7 seaters) is inclusive on the rental price for 8 hours a day only to local area / beaches exclude petrol with the following specification covered area:
  • Jimbaran white sand beaches (the famous grill seafood restaurant with sunset).
  • Nusa Dua (relaxing white sands beaches and shopping center).
  • Tanjung Benoa (the center of water sports).
  • Geger Beach (relaxing beach and surfing).
  • Pandawa Beach (play canoe and relaxing beach).
  • Uluwatu Temple (see monkey, kecak & fire dance with sunset).
  • Seminyak, Kuta (shopping, water boom / water sliding activity).
• The car and driver is not include on the day of check-in and the day of check-out, since both ways are free only to Airport pick-up service. If there any requested car and driver on the same day, then extra fee will applied at $5 per hour.
• The car and driver  usage 8 hours a day, it’s will start accumulated from your requested time, but if there any extra hour, however extra fee will applied at US$ 5 per hour.
• The villa car and driver be able to use for sightseeing trip to country side, but will applied surcharge at US$ 25 net per 8 hours a day exclude petrol. (if there additional hour will be charge extra at US$ 5/hour).
• Entrance fee, car parking and other expenses will be borne to the customer.

II. The Amarta Wellness:

Spa treatments (therapists) are available at the villa upon request with applicable charge, please inform the staff in advance if you wish to have spa.

III. Requested chef at the Villa:

• The Chef can be arranged upon request with applicable charge at $ 20-30 as a cooking fee per one time lunch or one time dinner, which is required to inform to the staff one day in advance since the chef is subject the availability, but please note that the chef will subject the availability.
• If the guest want have own cooking, for lunch or dinner, will applies US$15 per one time cooking for gas stove, water supply and the staff will assist to cleaning the kitchen.
• Take away menu list is provided by the villa, will add on top at 10% as delivery fee.
• Daily breakfast is included in the rental rate (Continental or Indonesian).
• Food groceries (lunch & dinner) will charged at cost base on supermarket receipt, that means there is no surcharge on top applied from the supermarket receipt (cooking fee remain applicable).

IV. If there any facilities damages caused of in house guest, such as stains or serious spot e.g: bed sheets, sofas cover, towels and kitchen utensils, however will be charge to the guest personal account according to the item value cost.

V. Ordering food/chef at the villa :
To have meals at the house is very simple, it’s the same like your own private restaurant. The villa are provided completed of menu list ( breakfast, lunch and dinner ) where you could easy to choose. To cooked & serve your daily breakfast is part of the package. But if you would to have lunch or dinner, then  we should arranged outsourcing professional chef, where the cooking fee will applied at $20 – $30 per one time lunch or one time Dinner but excluded groceries ( groceries bills will charged at cost, it’s mean base on supermarket receipt ). All groceries will purchased by the staff and the supermarket receipt will give to clients as a shopping proof. The villa have no surcharge will applied from supermarket bills, it’s mean foods expenses will 80% cheaper compare to a restaurants or big Hotel on the Island, which is exactly get more fresh to have meals at the villa.

Minimum stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights, High Season : 5 nights, Peak Season : 7 nights

Villa Capacity:
– We strictly observe the villa capacity policy which is maximum 6 persons only. If any additional person must be inform in advance (will applicable surcharge).
– No party over capacity to be allowed at the villa.

Check-in & Check-out time:
– Check-in time : 14:00
– Check-out time : 12:00
In cases there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.

The Terms & Booking Conditions:
– A deposit of one night rate is required, in order secured the reservation.
– The deposit has been settled will non-refundable.
– The payment applied in US Dollars or can be settled in IDR.
– The reservation to be confirmed when the payment are completed received by the villa owner/Management.
– Villa Management should be received the deposit within 2 of working days after the relevant invoice has been received,
and otherwise the booking might NOT materialized.
– The remaining amount is required to settled upon check-in at the villa.

Cancellation Policy:
– The deposits of one night rate has been paid is non-refundable.
– In the event of reservation cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date and 60 days for high/peak season (Christmas/New Year) Bookings periods, however full payment is required.
– The final payments is non-refundable.
– Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa management in writing.
– Change of booking date can be accepted but subject the villa availability.

Liability:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.
